Paybill matched to members
Members pay to your own paybill using their member number as the account. Jalika records each payment against the right person and contribution.
Pay from the member portal
Members can tap Pay and receive an M-Pesa prompt on their phone (STK Push) for monthly contributions, levies or arrears.
Automatic receipts
Every payment gets a numbered receipt by SMS, with a downloadable PDF copy.
Arrears and penalties
Jalika works out who is behind, applies your penalty rules and sends polite reminders before members fall too far behind.
Reconciliation screen
Payments with a wrong account number land in one queue, where the treasurer can assign them in a click.

Does the money go to Jalika?
No. Payments go straight to your association's own paybill or bank account. Jalika only records them.
We don't have a paybill yet. Can we still use Jalika?
Yes. Treasurers can record M-Pesa, bank and cash payments manually, and you can connect a paybill later. We can guide you through applying for one.
What if a member pays with the wrong account number?
The payment appears in the reconciliation queue and the treasurer assigns it to the right member. Nothing is lost.
